These terms explain website use and the basis for project discussions. A written quotation and accepted order agreement define the terms of a specific transaction.

1. Website information
ResinWise provides product information and images to illustrate custom resin design possibilities. Website content is not a binding offer, a declaration of available stock or a promise that every illustrated detail is suitable for every use.
2. Design concepts and references
Product photographs illustrate forms and finishes. Their appearance does not establish stock availability, manufacturing origin or product performance. The finished product is defined by the agreed design, specification and accepted reference.
3. Inquiries and order quantity
Submitting an inquiry begins a discussion and does not create a purchase order. Custom orders start at 500 pcs. The written quotation defines how quantity applies to designs, colors or assortments, as well as any development or tooling work.
4. Written commercial terms
Price, currency, payment schedule, sample charges, production timing, packing, delivery basis and quotation validity belong in the project’s written commercial documents. No universal free-sample, sample-credit or fixed-turnaround promise is made on this website.
5. Contracting parties
The company identified for this website is ResinWise Co., Ltd. The written quotation or order agreement identifies the contracting supplier and buyer for the specific order.
6. The agreed project scope
The agreed scope should describe the product, quantity, design reference, materials or required performance, relevant dimensions, decoration, components, packaging and delivery basis. Any later change can affect cost and timing and should be documented between the parties.
7. Artwork and permissions
A buyer supplying artwork, logos, character designs or reference materials must have the rights or permissions required for the proposed use. Reference material may communicate a visual direction without authorizing the reproduction of another party’s protected design.
8. Ownership and tooling
Ownership, licensing, exclusivity, mold storage and reuse arrangements are matters for the written project agreement. Payment of a development fee does not by itself settle every intellectual-property or tooling-ownership question.
9. Samples and variation
An accepted sample and written specification establish the production reference. Cast and decorated products can exhibit variation; meaningful tolerances and appearance criteria should reflect the actual product and process.
10. Intended use and documentation
The buyer’s intended use and destination market are part of the project scope. Product-specific testing, regulatory documentation or special use conditions must be addressed for the finished article. General website descriptions do not establish toy, food-contact, flame, water or outdoor suitability.
11. Delivery basis and timing
Freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and destination handling depend on the agreed delivery basis. Production time and transport time are distinct, and a target date in an inquiry is not an accepted delivery commitment.
12. Defects, changes and cancellation
Any cancellation, alteration, shortage, damage or defect is handled under the accepted order agreement and applicable law. The appropriate resolution depends on the documented issue and project circumstances; this website does not impose a generic retail return policy on made-to-order B2B goods.
13. Use of the website
The website must not be used to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, obtain unauthorized access or interfere with service.
