When you contact ResinWise by email, you may provide your name, email address, company or brand, product idea and other project details. Existing website inquiry records may contain the details supplied through the former form, its submission time, project reference and recorded consent.

2. Reference links and project descriptions

You may send reference images, links or project descriptions by email. Please include only material relevant to the inquiry and avoid passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.

3. How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand your request, communicate about the project and prepare relevant development or commercial discussions. It is not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.

4. Technical processing

Necessary technical processing supports the website and protects its services against misuse. The retained inquiry service uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Older limit records are removed during later successful submissions; deletion is not scheduled at a fixed time. The application does not store the original IP address in an inquiry record. These controls apply to the inquiry service, rather than email correspondence.

5. Storage and service providers

Existing website inquiry records remain in protected server-side storage. Access to the inquiry inbox requires a separate administrative key; it is not part of the public website. These storage arrangements describe website inquiry records, rather than email correspondence. The current hosting arrangement uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Those providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.

6. Access controls and analytics

An owner-private preview also uses the hosting provider’s access controls. Their necessary authentication behavior is separate from project email correspondence. The website application itself has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

7. Sharing project information

Project information may be used by people supporting the requested development or quotation where that is needed for the inquiry. Information is not sold. Any further service-provider arrangement or disclosure must serve the project or an applicable legal requirement.

8. Retention and deletion

Project information is retained while it remains useful for the project, related communication or a legitimate record-keeping need. The protected inbox supports deletion of existing website inquiry records when they are no longer required. The website does not promise an automatic deletion period that depends on an individual project’s circumstances.

You can email an access, correction or deletion request to info@resinwise.com. Include a previous project reference where available. Use the email associated with the original inquiry. Appropriate verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed.

Rights and required handling can differ by location and circumstances. This policy does not limit rights that apply under relevant law.

Reference resources and external links have their own privacy practices. ResinWise does not control the information handling of those websites.
